Cancellation & Exchange Policy – Kurta Jaipur

At Kurta Jaipur, we work hard to provide accurate product details, reliable sizing information, and multi-level quality checks before dispatch. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to assist you with an exchange. Please note that we currently do not offer returns or refunds.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for domestic orders placed on our official website: www.kurtajaipur.com.

Exchange Eligibility

  • Item(s) must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with all original tags and packaging.
  • Exchange requests must be raised within 72 hours of delivery.
  • A fee of ₹200 per item will be charged to process your exchange.
  • Colour variations due to screen settings cannot be accepted for exchange.
  • Exchange allowed once per order only.
  • Exchange available for same value or higher value items.
  • Exchange orders are not eligible for further exchange.

If You Received a Damaged or Incorrect Product

Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at: care.kurtajaipur@gmail.com and provide an opening video clearly showing the issue for quick resolution.

Exchange Process

  1. Raise an exchange request here: Exchange Portal
  2. We will arrange a reverse pickup depending on service availability.
  3. Pickup will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, you will need to self-ship the product.
  4. After the item is received and passes quality check, the replacement will be shipped within 24–48 working hours.

Please ensure items are packed securely. Mention your Order ID and registered mobile number on the package.

We recommend using India Post Speed Post for reliable delivery.

Cancellation Policy

  • COD orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled.

Kurta Jaipur reserves the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Unavailability of fabric or material
  • Pricing or listing errors
  • Fraudulent or risky order activity

Refund Policy

Kurta Jaipur does not offer returns or refunds once products are sold and delivered. Only size exchanges are available as per our policy.
